Pirated movies don’t have scratches that make them unplayable. Pirated movies don’t have irritating public service announcements you can’t skip. Pirated movies are easy to transcode and put onto my portable media player. Pirated media is often high definition. Pirated media is generally more flexible in usability than legitimately purchased media. That’s kind of a shame, really. I wish legitimate media was better.
